Children's Summer Trail
Entertain the children this summer with the Secret Society of Hertford Crafters children's trail.
From Saturday 19th July to Saturday 30th August, follow the trail map and discover the 'Down on the Farm' themed knitted characters hiding in shops and shop windows across Hertford Town Centre.
Pop into the Hertford Town and Tourist Information Centre to collect a copy of the trail map or click below to download:
Complete the trail and return your completed form to the Hertford Town and Tourist Information Centre for a chance to win a £30 gift voucher to spend at a local Hertford retailer. Entries should be returned to the Hertford Town and Tourist Information Centre by Tuesday 2nd September.
Travelling to the Event
Hertford Town Council declared a Climate Emergency in July 2023 and has committed to taking action to protect human health and our natural world to the maximum extent its powers allow. We therefore encourage people to come to our events by public or active transport. The two Hertford railway stations, Hertford North and Hertford East, are a short walk from the Castle, and bus services are available to the Wash and Hertford bus station. Please visit National Rail for live train times and Intalink for bus routes.
