Health and Wellbeing Event
Get active, take part in free exercise sessions, and find out how you can improve your physical and mental health and wellbeing.
Join us on the Castle lawn to enjoy a variety of free fitness and wellbeing classes from local instructors and experts. An array of activities such as aerobics, boxercise, Zumba, yoga, HIIT and meditation will be available across the day for all ages and fitness levels.
Experts will be on hand to provide tips and solutions to help you feel fitter, stronger and happier.
Attendance is free.
10am Functional strength training

2pm High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
3pm Stretch and mobility
