The Love Hertford Awards is organised by Hertford Town Council and was introduced in 2018 to celebrate, support and recognise the array of county town businesses, both independent and national retailers. Visitors and residents voted in their thousands for their favourite Hertford based retailers and businesses

The competition is aimed to recognise and commend traders in the county town of Hertfordshire, highlight the wealth of shops and services on offer in our town centre and neighbourhood shopping areas, and encourage residents to shop locally.

Following the success of the 2019 Love Hertford Awards, the competition will return for 2020 with further details to follow in the near future.

Last year over 3,000 votes were cast by the public who selected their favourite traders.
