Entrepreneurship is closely associated with early stage business start-up but is also a culture that needs to be allowed to opportunistically arise at times when established companies need to adapt to changing market conditions and secure new business opportunities. The event will consider how entrepreneurship founded McMullens and has ensured its survival for nearly two centuries.
